The Eleventh Little Indian Boy

 You are Ephesians.
Which book of the Bible are you? brought to you by Quizilla
This is fairly accurate. I'm amused and slightly taken aback with the analysis. Does a computer program seriously know me that well? Hahaha....I'm just playing. Kinda funny that I just finished up reading the book of Ephesians though.
So I was also able to catch the "Average Joe" finale this past monday with a large group of people out at the Jedimaster's place. Big ups to eeK for going straight from work into a stuffy kitchen and preparing us a delicious meal. It partially derailed my efforts to slim down before going home for the holidays, but dang.....that food was good. Anyways, the finale did come down to a pair of men who couldn't possibly be more different than what they were presented as.
Very briefly....you had Adam....not quite "Average" in the sense that he has worked hard to make himself into a very wealthy man with his own business. A semi good looking guy (did anyone else think he had a wierd look at times?) who readily made up for any deficiencies with wit and charm. In the other corner there was Jason....this guy was very handsome (Not like Yang of course)....and led a life that was a bit more uncertain.....meaning that his future was not entirely set in stone. Tough one I tell you. Tough.
So in the end Malena ended up choosing Jason. Initially, I found myself thinking....that is so anti climatic!!! She chose the handsome chap over the average Joe. Hahaha....so were all the other millions of guys out there living vicariously through Adam as well. But upon closer inspection I came out firmly believing that she had made the best choice. Because quite frankly....it was what she wanted. Despite knowing that at this point Adam was seriously attracted to her more and more, she didn't sell out for the bright lights and fancy restaurants of the city life and instead settled for a situation that she knew would be most ideal for her.
People will continue to argue that Jason is dim, or that he is 26 and still living at home, or even not that good looking (alright...the guy looks like Michael Owen...get real)...but to me Jason really was the average Joe at the end of the show. Mainly b/c he did the most with what he had and did not have to overwhelm her with anything other than himself to get his feelings across. To me Adam is a special case in that he has achieved so much at such a young age. So really people should identify themselves with Jason much more b/c he really just is a shadow close to most of us....only better looking. Hahaha....man....this is a TV SHOW!!!! I just wrote 3 paragraphs of analysis!!!
I'm never watching this garbage again.
Props to Malena for going with her heart though....=)

Where is the love (Love)
This is an excerpt from a popular tune by the Black Eyed Peas. It is my favorite and most thought about song at the moment and often frees my mind to think about the many wrongs within the state of the world we live in. Often times....the words of my friend CHKLHG seem most appropriate....What the heck!!!??? Hahaha, the song certainly points me to the negatives that have arisen over my short existence in this world, but I take deep comfort in knowing that the love actually exists in every one of us inherently. From within. Limitless. Divine. *smile*.....I know where the love is!!!!
I think I'm gonna go back to the old school and highlight the past few days like the LIB of old....Drumroll please!!!!: The Last Samurai / more than just the story of the white man bearing guns and wedding beautiful Japanese village girl / the many faces of change / Tom Cruise in a major role for the first time with a minimal supporting cast / Man....I have no beef with this flick....go see it!!!, Helping the Capitol move / Wow!!! what a nice bachelor pad!!! / glad to see a friend mature and move on to the next step in life / Todai....mmmm....quantity over quality / thanks Cap....living with you has shaped my life for the better, Birthday party for Pikachu / father so much more excited than the daughter / food food fruit fruit and more food!!! / so much love for a munchkin....did I have this much love at the age of 2? / certainly didn't have as many presents....haha....=P / poor Aki....where was that dude? / another one due at any time!!!, Lunch with an old friend / so much Japanese food!! / good stuff indeed, House cleaning on a Sunday night / so many dust bunnies!!!.....piled them all together for a big ol' dust rabbit!! / new vaccum works pretty well despite it's weak frame / house is changing .....NBA live on the kitchen table.....hahahaha.....change is imminent.....but welcomed, Birthday nightcap with FobLaw / ten egg pear or rock egg pear?....I still like straight up egg / LIB notice: the man formerly known as ALF will now be referred to as Toro / more Japanese food!!!, Hahaha....=)
Does anyone out there like wine? Let me close by writing a little bit about a cool bottle of wine that I found over the weekend. It's put out by a small winery called Rampano or something. $23.22 out the door! Anyways, they must have used a great batch of grapes for their current year b/c the product had so much more flavor and craft put into it than the price would ever suggest. Great stuff. I think I'm gonna invest in a few more bottles and see how great they can become with a little time. Hopefully much better than all of the Chateau Rothchilds and Arbor Mists currently saturating the market out there. Hahaha...too cool.

Not many people know about the ELEVENTH little indian boy. Quite simply he was the one who didn't really want to follow in the footsteps of the other 10 and at times even held grandiose dreams of being a cowboy one day. In a world that is changing ever so fast, one can only hope and pray.
